<p>The Massachusetts Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturer Conduct Regulation (Mass. Code) imposes a number of restrictions on pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing companies’ (including distributors’) interactions with healthcare practitioners. The Mass. Code is intended to benefit patients, enhance the practice of medicine, and ensure that the relationship between pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers and healthcare practitioners does not interfere with the independent judgment of healthcare practitioners.<span> This course provides an introduction to the Mass.
