The preceding course, OSHA77, Incident Command System: Structure and Components, addresses the structure and major components of the Incident Command System (ICS). Having an understanding of the fundamental structure and major components of the ICS will help in understanding the more in-depth look at the responsibilities of the emergency response personnel that performs the tasks related to that function. This course takes an in-depth look at the emergency response personnel responsibilities of the ICS. Topics in this course include: Structure, Command Staff, and Functional Support.
